At Crowned Elegance Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer store credit or an exchange for eligible items.

Returns and exchanges must meet the following conditions:

• Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition.
• All original tags must remain attached.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Swimwear
• Clearance or Final Sale items (if applicable)

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee may be applied to non-defective returns.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed:

• Monday through Friday before 3:00 PM EST (excluding holidays) will typically begin processing the same business day.
• After 3:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.
